These terms apply whenever you use this website, submit an enquiry, or enrol in a class, workshop, or production with Dance Central Dubai ("we", "us", "our"). By doing any of those things, you agree to the terms below. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please reach out to us before enrolling — we're happy to talk it through.
Dance Central Dubai offers dance classes, workshops, and productions (including our Dance Vaganza seasons) across styles such as Hip-Hop, Commercial Jazz, Open Style, Contemporary, Bollywood, and Zumba Fitness, for a range of ages and levels. Specific batches, schedules, fees, and enrolment details are confirmed directly with our team via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form — not through this website.
Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us doesn't automatically enrol you in a class — it starts a conversation with our team, who will confirm availability, timing, and fees with you directly. Enrolment, payment, and cancellation terms for a specific class or program will be explained to you at the time of enrolment.
We want every class to be a safe, respectful space for everyone dancing with us. We ask that students, parents, and guardians treat our instructors, staff, and fellow students with courtesy. We reserve the right to decline enrolment or ask someone to leave a class if their behaviour puts others' safety or experience at risk.
Dance and movement classes involve physical activity, and as with any physical activity, there is some inherent risk of injury. Please let our team know about any relevant health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before joining a class, so our instructors can support you appropriately.
Many of our students are children. A parent or guardian must make the enquiry or enrolment on a minor's behalf, and by doing so confirms they have the authority to do so and agree to these terms on that student's behalf.
We often photograph and film classes, rehearsals, and performances (including Dance Vaganza) for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By attending a class or event with us, you consent to this unless you let us know in writing beforehand that you'd prefer not to be photographed or filmed — just message us and we'll make a note of it.
The text, photos, videos, choreography, and branding on this website belong to Dance Central Dubai or are used with permission, and shouldn't be copied or reused without asking us first.
This site links out to services like WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Maps. We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data — see our Privacy Policy for more on the third parties we use.
We may update these terms from time to time as our programs or policies evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
